This first consultations can be done in person or over the phone and typically last an hour. Following the consultation, we conduct background research, and assessment with our wellness team members. We will send you a recommendation sheet with a suggested herbal protocol— which may include tinctures, teas and herbal remedies — as well as any additional diet or lifestyle recommendations, including (if applicable) specific exercises for personal growth and spiritual growth. When possible, we will supply the suggested medicine from our Apothecary. If not, we will always recommend other resources to find them.
